Dr. Sara Horn is originally from Colorado Springs, CO but has lived in Lee's Summit, MO since 1989. She attended Jacksonville University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 1986. In 1989 she received both a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, MO.

Dr. Horn has been both a practicing physician and clinic director at Lakewood Chiropractic since 1990. She is a member of the American Chiropractic Association, the International Chiropractic Association and the Missouri State Chiropractic Association. Dr. Horn utilizes many chiropractic techniques including Logan Basic, Gonstead, Diversified and Activator. She has over 30 years of experience in utilizing chiropractic adjustments, physical therapy, nutrition, and rehabilitation therapy as part of her treatment protocol.
